Pips Noir provides market analysis, trading information, signal information, performance tracking and AI-assisted explanations. It is not a broker, bank, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary.

Nothing in Pips Noir constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

Trading risk

Trading leveraged products, commodities, foreign exchange, cryptoassets, indices and synthetic instruments can result in substantial losses.

Access

Features, quotas, availability, pricing and access levels may change. Free, VIP, Beta and other access categories may be offered.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls, interfere with security, scrape protected content, resell access without authorization or use the service unlawfully.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, market-data availability, signal delivery, email delivery, push delivery or error-free operation.

Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pips Noir is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, latency, broker differences, third-party failures or decisions made using the service.
